These terms govern access to Henry Onyx Aurum. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
1. What this service is
Aurum publishes research on the XAUUSD market: an argued position with its levels and its reasoning. It is a division of Henry Onyx Limited, registered in Nigeria.
Nothing published here is financial, investment or trading advice, and nothing is a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any instrument. No adviser, broker, fiduciary or agency relationship is created between you and Henry Onyx Limited by your use of it.
2. Your trading is yours
Aurum holds no funds, has no connection to any trading account, and cannot place, modify or close an order. Every decision to enter, size, hold or exit a position is yours alone, taken on your own judgement and at your own risk.
Trading leveraged instruments carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose more than you intended. You confirm that you can bear those losses and that you are responsible for determining whether any position is appropriate for your circumstances.
3. No promise of results
Published results describe what has already happened. They are not a forecast, a guarantee or an assurance of any future outcome, and past performance is not indicative of future results.
The record is computed from stored outcomes and includes losing positions. It is presented in R — multiples of the risk taken on each position — and never as a currency amount, because the same result means a different sum on every account.
4. Access
Accounts are personal. Do not share your credentials, and do not create an account on someone else’s behalf without their knowledge.
Access is granted at the owner’s discretion and may be declined, suspended or withdrawn at any time, with or without reason. Published signals are for your own use: redistributing, reselling, republishing or operating a service on top of them is not permitted without written permission.
Do not attempt to access parts of the service you have not been granted, interfere with its operation, or use automated means to extract its content.
5. Availability
The service is provided as it stands. Market data and analysis depend on third parties, and it may be unavailable, delayed or incomplete. Nothing is published on days when conditions do not support a position, and an absence of signals is normal operation rather than a fault.
6. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Henry Onyx Limited is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service or from any decision you take having read it.
Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Your information
Creating an account stores your email address and the record of your access. Signal emails can be turned off at any time from the link in any message we send, without signing in. Credentials and provider keys are held encrypted and are never included in any email.
8. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
They are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
